Terms and Services
Before you can check my prices, please read through my terms to know what you're in for. By moving forward you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.Within these terms, the "product" refers to the piece I create for the commission at every stage of the process, including any previewed works in progress.
Usage Policy and Copyright
You (as my client) and I (as the artist) have the right to cancel any commission for any reason.
The product you receive is bound by a personal use license. So, in simpler terms..As the artist, I retain the following rights:
- I hold copyright and ownership over the product, and am able to crop, make edits and print the product for personal (non-commercial) use.
- I can promote myself with the product and display it on social media.
(I keep names anonymous on request!)As my client, you DO NOT have the following rights:
- You cannot transform the product through any of the following methods: tracing, copying, claiming ownership or data structure/AI recreation.
- You cannot repost (i.e creating your own post with the product) unless direct consent is given by me.
- You cannot use the product for a profit or commercial use. This includes no reselling, merchandising, or NFTs.As my client, you retain the following rights:
- You can display the product on social media through profiles when including credit.
- You can use the final version of the product for personal, non-profit use, such as printing.
Payment and Refunds
- My payments go through Paypal invoices in USD ($), which converts automatically.
- My prices are set; please do not try to haggle a cheaper price.
- I have my clients pay full price, upfront before beginning the artwork.- No refunds will be given for fully finished work. This is non-negotiable.
- Full refunds can be given if requested before or during the sketch approval phase.
- Tips will be attached to all invoice payments and can be done through my Paypal.me. They are not mandatory but greatly appreciated! :D
PROCESS
- You can use the form to provide as much detail for the product as possible.
- You can prepare any reference images (real or character-wise) or sketches for composition that may be necessary.
- I will contact you throughout the process, but please include as much detail as possible for a smoother transaction!
The pipeline will usually go something like this..1. Once the form is filled out, I will send a Paypal invoice with the payment. I only start on the product once the invoice is paid.
2. Once paid (and depending on the current queue), the sketch process begins, and I will send it’s clearest draft to you to make sure it is to your liking. This is the most optimal time for changing the prompt and proposing the most changes.
3. Once confirmed, I continue with lining, coloring or rendering. Updates will be given at these respective parts of the process. Updates can be requested.
4. At the end of the process, I will send the final product and ask for any final revisions. These can be made free of charge if they do not take up a large percentage of the piece.
5. The product will include.. two versions of the product -- one watermarked and one signed. You may use these to your heart's content!Additional Info
- I am very private when it comes to my work, so I do not offer voice calls or streams of my commission process.
- Previews will have watermarks. Unwatermaked versions can be requested when the product is complete.
- After the invoice is made, you may be put on a waiting list in the meantime (see slots for more details). When your commission is up, I will make sure to notify you.
- Revisions in terms of errors when it comes to visual effects can be requested with no additional charge.
Slots and Time
- Slots and progress can be viewed on the page below.
- Every client's estimated delivery time is individual to their commission. This is because current slots and general business are taken into account and may differ from person to person. For a rough estimate, expect me to take up to 2-3 weeks minimum.
- One person can have one slot at a time. You can order certain commissions batches.
- I work on a first come, first serve basis when it comes to completion order. Let me know ahead of time if you need your commission by a certain date.
- I will keep you well-informed on any personal delays that could hinder when your commission is complete.
Boundaries and FAQ
Set Boundaries: I refuse to do these.
- Kinks, fetishes or anything explicitly NSFW in nature.
- Offensive or discriminatory depictions.
- Heavy or realistic gore.
- Non-consensual real life shipping, including online creators.
- NFTS or involvements in AI art generation.
